Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please email us if you’d like your order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We offer free Standard Shipping on all Domestic Orders.
For international orders, please note we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, and freight charges. Any custom fees will be charged to the recipient.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
For all returns and exchanges, please email us with an explanation of your return or exchange.
Be sure to include the item style number as well as your order number.
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry. Evidence of any use will result in item being returned back to the customer and no refund.
Returns that are damaged will not be accepted.
All sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
